Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred (new grads with strong ortho interest encouraged to apply)
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and manual therapy skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in a clinic setting with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehab, joint injuries, fractures, and chronic musculoskeletal pain
• Create personalized treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, and functional recovery
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and education to drive outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home programs
