My Pet's Vet is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative at our Mason, Ohio Animal Hospital. At My Pet's Vet, our main goal is to create a happy and positive work culture. Responsibilities and Duties

• Greeting Clients
• Answering Phones
• Differentiating Between Routine and Emergency Cases
• Scheduling Vet Appointments
• Admitting and Checking Out Patients
• Processing Payments
• Communicating Information Between the Clients and Our Staff

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organization skills
• Motivated and passionate about helping animals is a must
• Education: High School or Equivalent
