Technical Support Specialist

Overview Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a 6+ contract position with a client located in Phoenix, AZ. Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr (The rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Position Responsibilities Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person requests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware, Windows, Linux, and basic scripting. Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform job functions. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field preferred. 0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related area. Familiarity with commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
