Arenas Valley Animal Clinic, in T or C, is looking for receptionists to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is ambitious and reliable and knows how to work hard. Has excellent communication skills with clients and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Help with end-of-day and end-of-month
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of Cornerstone, Google, and good with animals is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time management and organizational skills
• Can handle a VERY fast-paced work environment and can keep calm under pressure
