Oversee daily operational duties, data analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards. Manage laboratory resources, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory. Collaborate with cross-funtional teams to support organizaltional goals Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high data integrity. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Medical Technology or related discipline for Medical Technologist Documentation of minimum Laboratory CE points required per evaluation year Experience Three (3) years full time experience of Laboratory experience Strong Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance. excellent organizational,communication,and problem-solving skills. Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training MT (ASCP), or equivalent, relevant to the discipline Important Notices Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position. Salary Range Minimum 37.58/hour - Maximum 61.99/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
