Medication Technician / Caregiver - Starting at $19/hr + Benefits
Columbia Cottage - Palmyra, PA Starting Pay: $19.00/hour + Shift Differentials Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Join a Team That Truly Cares Columbia Cottage is looking for experienced Medication Technicians / Caregivers who are passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors. - Paid vacation
- Day 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Every Other Weekend Only)
- Evening 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders
- Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
- Document all medication administration in MAR accurately
- Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements
- Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents
- Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Medication Technician certification (required)
- Diabetes training
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare
