Collections Manager career opportunity at a top location! $55K–$65K Base + Bonus | $100K Potential We’re looking for a results-driven Branch Finance Manager to lead finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance, all while delivering an excellent customer experience. What You’ll Get Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience) Total Compensation: $100,000 potential Monthly Bonus / Incentive Plan Full benefits package & paid time off Ongoing training, tools, and leadership support Established national company (37+ years, 24 states) What You’ll Do Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs Forecast performance metrics Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Maintain compliance with company policies and standards Conduct interviews for potential finance employees What We’re Looking For Consumer finance/collections leadership experience Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) and Rent To Own (RTO) experience preferred Subprime lending experience is a plus Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset Valid driver’s license Schedule No Sundays 42–48 hours per week Store Hours: 9AM–6PM (Tues/Wed), 9AM–7PM (Mon/Thurs/Fri), 9AM-5PM (Sat) Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
