Certified Nurse Midwife

Obstetrics and Gynecology Provider Opportunity

Our busy midwifery practice in Salem, VA is seeking an additional provider to join our team.

Qualified Candidates:

• Certified nurse midwife with board certification from AMCB
• 2+ years midwifery practice experience preferred
• Join a group of experienced midwives with 1:5.5 call
• Practice includes the full scope of midwifery services with hospital based births
• Comfortable offering labor support including unmedicated labor, hydrotherapy, nitrous oxide, IV pain medication and epidurals
• Our midwifery practice collaborates with a team of six OB/GYN physicians
• Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills
• Willingness to support both Salem and Blacksburg offices
