Svoma Design in Dentistry is an established, relationship driven, private general practice based in Avon, Indiana. We are currently seeking a full-time registered dental hygienist to join our dynamic team. Our team is highly-engaging, friendly, and talented with a top-notch skill set that sets us apart from other practices. We use the latest technology to provide our patientswhom we truly consider our dental familythe highest quality care. Because of our unique family work atmosphere that focuses on collaboration and a "can-do" attitude, we are currently looking for a hygienist to join our team.
As your perfect match, we:
- No nights or weekends, we protect our work-life balance
- Provide 60-minute recare appointments and 120 new and SRP appointments
- Have a 401 (K) matching program up to 3% with full-time employment, profit sharing, and a bonus system
- Dental coverage for the employee and 50% off for family
- Structure our time off around local school calendars so you can be home with family
- Pay according to your clinical excellence
- Provide a healthier pace and positive atmosphere

- Compensation: $50-$58 (Hourly)

- Have the ability to maintain a current RdH license from the state of Indiana
- Possess a current x-ray certification
- Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding patient care
