Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities Provides outpatient rehabilitation services, including movement assessment, pain management, developing personalized care plans, delivering therapy, and documenting patient progress. Requires an active license and experience in outpatient therapy. Qualifications A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, an active Kentucky PT license, and at least one professional reference. Preferred Experience Travel therapy and clinical practice.
