Travel Physical Therapist - $3,209 per week

Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Eureka, California. The assignment starts on 05/26/2026 and lasts 13 weeks. Schedule: 9‑hour days, 40 hours per week. This is a travel position. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with a passed NPTEM Graduated from an accredited school Minimum one year of experience Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure Current CPR certification Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, provide direct patient care, assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families appropriately. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
