Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort. Support medical documentation efforts by accurately recording patient information in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and managing medical records with precision. Assist with laboratory procedures, specimen collection, and processing while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations and hospital standards. Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Requirements Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program is required. Proven experience in medical office settings with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and ICD coding. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems) and EMR/EHR management tools. Eclinicalworks experience a plus. Familiarity with medication administration protocols essential.
