About the Restaurant The position is at Kory Family McDonald’s, a restaurant owned and operated by independent franchisees Gary and Nick Kory. The franchise operates independently of McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities Shift Managers lead daily shifts, providing leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety. They plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action to meet standards, maintain safety and security, ensure profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Additionally, they help assigned departments meet their goals and manage scheduling and training. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Prior leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older. Strong communication and organizational skills.
