Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• PT License (PA or COMPACT)
• EPIC experience required

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday schedule
• Shift hours: 08:00 - 16:30
• No weekends
• Holiday requirement: may be expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Floating: could cross county lines if patient care is deemed necessary
• May care for COVID patients
