Our recruiters perform daily activities from sourcing and connecting candidates with potential job opportunities, and both maintaining and building candidate pipelines. Full Time Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Santa Clarita, CA with remote opportunities $23.00 base salary plus commission (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location; base pay information is based on market location) Job Responsibilities Thoroughly research, screen and interview potential employees for various roles Implement company culture, values and policies Promptly respond and coordinate with client contacts to fill entry‑level to executive‑level positions Provide management with accurate reporting and documentation Coordinate events focused on employee recognition Actively build candidate pipelines to effectively place candidates and fill clients’ open roles in a competitive timely manner Facilitate the recruiting process from sourcing to the offer process, including maintaining existing hires Optimize provided recruiting tools and resources Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment Previous telemarketing or inside sales experience is a plus Must be able to use a Windows computer and learn/navigate various recruiting systems Required Soft Skills Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients Strong organizational skills Communication Time management Problem solving 401(k) Medical insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Working Conditions May occasionally be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment Ability to lift up to 30 lb Use of computers and technology Benefits and Compensation Here at Canon Recruiting, people are our priority.
