Phlebotomist - Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, data entry, and providing excellent patient service across multiple locations in NY. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for all ages Collect specimens for various tests such as drug screens and paternity tests Accurately input patient information and process billing Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs Deliver superior customer service and handle administrative duties Travel between sites as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or experience (minimum 3 months) Proven customer service skills, strong communication, ability to work independently or in teams Flexibility for overtime, pass color blindness test, valid driver's license with reliable transportation Must be at least 21 years old Preferred Skills: Over 3 years of phlebotomy experience. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay range of $17.75 - $26.00, potential bonuses, additional $1/hr for float incentive, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and stock purchase plans.
