Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for a 1st Shift Quality Control position at an anodizing facility in Fort Wayne, IN. This hands-on role supports production operations in the impregnation area and involves packing, processing, and finishing metal parts.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

Work in the impregnation area on the hard coat line
Pack parts according to specifications
Assist with aluminum anodizing, color anodizing, and industrial hard coat anodizing processes
Support chromate conversion and casting impregnation tasks
Inspect and handle parts with attention to quality and specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
Comfortable working in an industrial/anodizing environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Work Environment & Schedule

Facility: Anodizing facility
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM
Weekend Work: Some weekend work may be available
