Job Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Providing friendly and efficient assistance with policy inquiries, updates, and claims. Utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with a younger demographic.
