Overview Chief Operating Officer -- Max Roofing | Phoenix Valley, AZ | $100K-$120K + Performance Bonus Max Roofing serves the entire Phoenix metro; custom homes, repairs, and full replacements, with a deep base of repeat and referral clients. Our mission is to be the BEST.ROOFER.EVER. The best, not the biggest, and we\'re growing fast, with real focus on building out the retail side. Our back office runs on a proprietary AI agent platform that handles lead intake, customer experience, project coordination, and accounting automatically. Our human team oversees the machine. We\'re profitable, growing fast, and built to scale. We\'re hiring a COO to run the operating machine so our founder can focus on growing it. #J-18808-Ljbffr
