Provider Relations Specialist

Provider Revalidation Specialist Location: Remote (Must reside in Massachusetts) Travel: Up to 25% for site visits within Massachusetts Job Summary We are seeking a Provider Revalidation Specialist to support the provider revalidation process. This role includes launching revalidations, coordinating inbound forms and updates, conducting provider outreach, and performing site visits. Key Responsibilities Launch and manage provider revalidations Coordinate inbound forms, documentation, and updates Conduct outreach to providers Perform site visits across Massachusetts (up to 25% travel) Develop written correspondence to providers Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, network management, or provider relations in healthcare Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word Must reside in Massachusetts Willingness to travel up to 25% within Massachusetts for site visits Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce and MMIS Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with healthcare regulations and the ability to meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
