Licensed Clinical Therapist

HumanWorks Collective is growing and seeking an experienced, client-centered Clinical Therapist to join our expanding team. About the Role As a Clinical Therapist at HWC, you will provide outpatient mental health services, support clients through individualized treatment, and contribute to a collaborative clinical team focused on whole-person care. Clinical supervision is provided for eligible associate-level clinicians. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning when needed Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with NC DHHS and Medicaid/MCO regulations Participate in team meetings, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives Coordinate care with internal providers and community partners to support continuity of services Qualifications Required (Aligned with NC DHHS & Partners MCO Standards) Candidates must hold one of the following North Carolina clinical licenses : LCSW LCMHC LMFT LPC / LCMHC-A (supervision provided) Required Experience: Minimum 2+ years of outpatient therapy experience (Experience must include providing billable therapy services, completing assessments, treatment planning, and maintaining clinical documentation.) Additional Requirements Must meet NC DHHS requirements for outpatient therapy Must be eligible for credentialing with NC Medicaid and local MCOs Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and documentation accuracy Ability to work with diverse populations and clinical presentations Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with community-based mental health Familiarity with electronic health record systems Strong communication and teamwork strengths Ability to work independently while meeting clinical expectations Work Environment Supportive leadership with 20+ years of combined human services experience Clinical supervision available for LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, and pre-licensed clinicians Flexible scheduling: onsite, hybrid, or community-based roles depending on program needs Why Choose HumanWorks Collective?
