Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials to practice in Texas
- Direct experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes and individualized care plans
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Evaluate and assess students to develop individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with educators and families to support students’ access to learning environments
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings
- Support students in achieving functional mobility and independence within the school setting
The district is currently gathering caseload information, which means you’ll have the opportunity to step in at a critical time and help shape the service model for these students. Your knowledge and passion will be vital as more information becomes available about the specific needs on the caseload.
