Follow Up Specialist (Cox Fleet)

What You’ll Do Manage the logistics of fleet operations and ensure all vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly. Handle inbound calls in a timely manner. Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call. Enter complete and accurate information promptly and record unit location. Communicate accurate billing information to the service provider. Handle estimates promptly and accurately. Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events and keep customers updated on event status, following their instructions. Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise. Prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines while managing time effectively. Qualifications High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience. Strong customer service experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications A degree in a related discipline or industry experience.
