The expected base salary for this role ranges between $90,000 - $115,000 USD based on candidate experience, plus potential bonuses. Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations across service, parts, and rental departments. Implement, monitor, and refine processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Partner with Service and Parts Managers to ensure alignment with company goals and performance metrics. Lead and support staff development, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety. Manage operational KPIs including technician efficiency, parts turns, rental utilization, and customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance and customer service. Qualifications 5+ years of operations or branch management experience in heavy equipment, automotive, construction, or related industries. Strong organizational and process management skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to build and lead cohesive, high-performing teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of service department workflows, parts inventory control, and rental operations. Proficiency with business systems (ERP, CRM, or dealership management software preferred).
