Locums Orthopaedic Surgery Harlan, KY (Active KY License Required) Why This Role Long-term locums-to-perm opportunity Mix of clinic, surgery, and beeper call Established orthopedic practice Manageable 45-day credentialing Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Beeper Call Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Patient Volume: Approximately 25 patients per day EMR: MediTech Credentialing: Approximately 45 days Clinical Details General orthopedic clinic and surgical coverage Outpatient evaluations and follow-up care Inpatient consults and postoperative management Shared beeper call with 30-minute response time Arthroscopy, total joints, fracture care, tendon repairs, and general orthopedic procedures Total joint and sports medicine experience welcomed Requirements Active Kentucky medical license ACLS BLS Orthopaedic Surgery residency training Board Certification not required Hospital privileges
