North America Design Communications Lead

Join the North America Design Communications team responsible for shaping how the world sees the future of mobility through the lens of Stellantis’ most innovative creators. As the North America Design Communications Lead, you’ll champion the stories behind our vehicles, our designers, and the breakthrough thinking that defines our brands. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and culture—translating complex design philosophies into compelling narratives that resonate across media, industry, and consumer audiences. You’ll help elevate the visibility of our Design organization by driving strategic storytelling, cultivating strong media relationships, and producing content that showcases our leadership in design and intelligent mobility.Responsibilities Include:Develop and execute integrated 360 (internal and external) communications strategies that support design narratives for our brands, vehicles, and design disciplines (interior, exterior, CMF, etc.)Collaborate with Global Design Comms to ensure the narrative for North America aligns with global prioritiesSupport Design senior leadership team, along with the extended design team for industry and brand storytelling opportunitiesManage and identify technical and automotive media relations and thought leadership opportunities, positioning key voices as experts in the field of automotive designSupport product and brand storytelling efforts to extend news-making moments between reveal and launch periodsCreate high-impact content across channels — including press materials, executive messaging, and other engaging content — to highlight our design team leadershipMonitor industry trends and competitive activityBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field7+ years of experience in communications, preferably in automotive or lifestyle/travel sectors, with established media relationshipsMust be curious, proactive and performance-driven, with the ability to build strong interorganizational relationships, prioritize, and work under pressureExperience designing and executing multiple simultaneous strategic external communications plans and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and brand credibilityExpert relationship builder that can confidently engage with media, analysts, and senior internal stakeholders to represent and communicate creative product and brand storiesExperience managing lifestyle media and creator/influencer relationsStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and platforms that engage multiple audiencesDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization while exercising discretion and maintaining confidentialityAgency experience is a plusBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2016904Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: CommunicationsPosted Date: 22/04/2026
