Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Auburn, WA by IL Logistics

Requirements

• 2+ years of CDL-A experience preferred.
• A clean MVR for the last 3 years is preferred (no points are ideal).
• Ability to pass DOT physical & drug screening.
• You must be willing to follow instructions and assist with hand unloading when necessary.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication with dispatch are essential.

• Discount Tire unloading incentive (when required): $0.15 per tire unloaded. Extra pay is based on the tire count and the number of unloading stop points required.

Become part of IL Logistics' team as a Regional Dry Van Company Driver.

You'll confidently handle CDL Class A dry vans across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California, delivering freight safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run designated local and regional lanes
• Follow pickup/delivery instructions and complete required paperwork
• Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain a clean tractor
• Communicate seamlessly with dispatch throughout routes
• Assist with hand unloading of Discount Tire loads when needed

This role may include both day and night driving to meet delivery windows, offering a dynamic and engaging opportunity.
