Groomer's Best is a family-owned, custom stainless-steel fabricator that manufactures
equipment for veterinarians, pet groomers, distributors, and hunting and fishing customers.
We're looking for a part-time Office Assistant to support our team for 3-4 months.

This position will be doing the following:

• General office duties and clerical support
• Data entry into our accounting and scheduling systems
• Managing and maintaining the filing system
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Providing customers with pricing, shipping, and product information
• Updating and tracking orders
• Assisting with additional office tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who has:?

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Good time management and ability to prioritize
• Customer service mindset
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who takes pride in quality work
