The unit consists of 24 beds with a patient ratio of 5-6 patients per nurse. There are two PCTs and one Unit Secretary available per shift. The documentation system used is Meditech. Staff are required to cover four weekend days, specifically Saturday and Sunday. Staff may be asked to float as needed. Patient experience requirements include the use of whiteboards, bedside shift report, and hourly safety rounds. No advanced skills or specific certifications are required for this position. The required uniform is navy blue. Our team is recognized for most improved patient experience. We utilize iMobile phones for communication among staff, physicians, and patients.
