GEL (Guest Experience Lead)

Overview J. Smith Enterprises is seeking energetic, customer-obsessed Guest Services Ambassadors eager to ensure we deliver stellar service. GEL's are the hospitality leaders in the restaurant ensuring service areas are consistently sanitized while setting the stage for helping our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued at all times. The ideal candidate will possess a servant's heart and will enjoy engaging families and Kids during school nights and Family Fun Days. Responsibilities Greet guests and look for cues on their feelings and seize the opportunity to create feel-good moments. Put Guests First; make the guest your priority with confidence and empowerment to resolve any guest concern. Maintain a neat and clean environment, professional appearance, and be knowledgeable about menu options. Be yourself by engaging guests in an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly manner; smile and have fun. Assist in order taking and provide table service. Support delivery and monitor that orders are accurate, food is high quality, delicious, and delivered fast. Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader at a corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant. Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
