We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Primary Care Provider to join our established primary care practice in the Bronx. We are open to Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NP), and Physician Assistants (PA).

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required , as we serve a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient population.

The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including preventive care and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to adult patients
• Perform patient evaluations, physical examinations, and routine follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Manage conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and other common primary care conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
• Coordinate referrals and care with specialists when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted New York State license as an MD, DO, NP, or PA
• Fluent in English and Spanish – required
• Qualified to provide primary care services to adult patients
• DEA registration, if applicable
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Primary care or internal medicine experience preferred
• Commitment to providing compassionate and culturally responsive care
