We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate specializing in Business Litigation to join our dynamic legal team in St. Louis. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire lifecycle of case management from inception to trial preparation. Engage in strategic planning for case management and trial preparation. Attend and participate effectively in depositions, settlement conferences, and other critical hearings. Draft and prepare motions, discovery responses, and detailed client reports. Assist in trial preparation, including developing strategies, conducting discovery, reviewing records, interviewing clients, and preparing witnesses. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation practice, with a focus on business litigation. Proven expertise in taking and defending depositions. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
