Solé Miami is a recently renovated, full-service hotel featuring 222 guestrooms and condos. Here, guests enjoy the popular BALEENkitchen, a bar, beach access and pool service. We are excited to welcome a new Dishwasher to our Sunny Isles staff.

A day in the life...

As a Dishwasher, you are the backbone of the kitchen. You clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the hotel and restock the restaurants and kitchen. You also maintain storage areas. We couldn't be our best without you!

To be successful in the Dishwasher position, you...

• are eager to learn and take pride in your work

• are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile
• check dish machine, drain tank, reassemble the machine, refill the tank and ensure dish machine is ready to operate before meals.
• check for broken items on the floor and wet areas that may be hazardous and removes the hazard.
• remove trash containers from food production and restaurant area when needed.
• understand and use safety procedures when using all equipment. Understand chemical hazards and follows safety procedures when using chemicals, chemical compounds and cleaning products.
• know correct temperature for washing, rinsing, and pre-soaking of all pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
