JOB SUMMARY Provide specialized technical assistance within the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) environment. Assist surgeons and the surgical team during complex cardiac and vascular procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain the CVOR surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. Assist in maintaining a sterile surgical field according to established protocols. Provide hands-on technical support during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures. Anticipate and respond to the needs of the surgical team. Participate in the patient's care before, during, and after surgery. Ensure proper handling and disposal of specimens and surgical waste. Maintain inventory and report any equipment or supply issues. Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure surgical environment. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
