Clinical Skills: Must have experience in general OR, vascular cases, and cardiac open-heart cases (specifically circulating on heart cases such as CABG, heart valves, MVR, or AVR valves). Charting System: Epic experience is required. Scheduling & Call Requirements On-Call Expectations: Minimum of 1 weekend per month (24-hour on-call) and night call, plus availability for 1 or 2 nights per week (8-hour call shifts).
