Maintenance Technician
Are you a dependable, hands-on team player who enjoys variety and takes pride in doing quality work? American Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and help keep our community running at its best.
In this role, you will assist with unit turns, perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliance-related tasks, and HVAC service. You will also help maintain the appearance and functionality of the property through grounds care and exterior upkeep.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have EPA Universal Certification
- General maintenance experience with the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused approach
This position is a great fit for someone with solid maintenance experience who is looking to grow their skills and take the next step beyond basic make-ready work. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities and rotating weekend coverage.
