Maintenance Tech

• Experience with electrical, drywall, maintenance, plumbing, ect.

• Perform routine facility maintenance, including structural repairs, drywall and wall repairs, painting, door and lock repairs, and window replacement.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks and damaged fixtures in buildings and other facility structures.

• Repair and replace basic electrical components, including lighting, outlets, switches, and fixtures, in accordance with job scope and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support building systems such as security cameras, fire alarm systems, and Wi-Fi/network equipment.

• Perform carpentry and minor construction work to support facility repairs, renovations, and site modifications.

• Documents work clearly in MaintainX with photos and status updates after each task.

• Maintains an organized, fully stocked vehicle ready for each day's assignments.

• Communicates with the Maintenance team, site staff, and leadership in a clear, professional, and timely manner.

• Manages a daily schedule of site visits and work orders without losing track of priorities or timelines.

• Works effectively in environments that serve people in crisis, demonstrating professionalism and respect at all times.

• Adapts readily to changing assignments and works well under pressure in field conditions.

Pay: $24/hr-$28/hr DOE

Shift : M-F 7am-2:30pm

Location: Chatsworth, CA 91311

They will report daily to headquarters in Chatsworth and will have to travel to

different sites throughout the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, and

Bakersfield in company vehicle.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
