The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced **Litigation Paralegal** to join our growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, driven, and detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys investigating cases, solving problems, and playing an active role throughout the litigation process.

This is much more than an administrative support position. You’ll work closely with **2–3 litigation attorneys**, helping develop cases, uncover important information, prepare for litigation, and support clients throughout the process.

What You’ll Do

* Assist attorneys with managing personal injury litigation cases from investigation through trial
* Gather and organize evidence and case documentation
* Review medical records, legal documents, and other case materials
* Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and information needs
* Coordinate and communicate with experts and other parties involved in litigation
* Schedule and prepare for depositions and mediations
* Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed
* Maintain organized and accurate case files and litigation documentation
* Identify potential issues and proactively help attorneys move cases forward
* Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and other members of the litigation team

What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
* Plaintiffs’ litigation experience is preferred but not required
* Strong organizational and case-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to think critically, investigate issues, and solve problems
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment
* Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
* Must reside within reasonable driving distance of **Raleigh, NC**
* Ability to work in-office during the initial training and probationary period
* Ability to attend trials, including occasional travel and overnight stays
