2132 North Main Street, Cedar City, UT, USA Iron County is accepting applications for employment as a CERTIFIED PATROL DEPUTY at the Iron County Sheriff's Office. Applicants must hold the required SFO/LEO certifications from the Utah POST Academy to be eligible. Salary: Minimum Starting Wage $26.79/hour. P.O.S.T certified applicant salary will be based on years of experience and qualifications/certifications (current policy will allow year for year credit of up to 10 years, into the established pay range, for verifiable experience). A $5,000.00 sign on bonus is available for applicants who have already obtained the required Utah Certifications (a three (3) year employment commitment is required).
