Customer Service Representative

NaturaLawn of America, a leader in organic-based lawn care, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Damascus, MD. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Position Overview

In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers. Handling a high volume of inbound calls, you’ll address inquiries, process orders, and support customer retention efforts. Success in this role means delivering accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Reports to: Office Manager or Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a steady stream of incoming calls, ensuring each customer is greeted courteously and professionally. You’ll accurately record customer information and maintain detailed data entry to support smooth operations. Partnering with internal teams, you’ll help administer billing inquiries and accounts receivable processes while escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Your role will also involve updating customer accounts, offering solutions proactively, and following up to confirm resolution. Through consistent communication and problem-solving, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Prior customer service experience—particularly in call centers, administrative support, or high-volume office environments—is highly desirable.

Skills:
