PD Project Management Specialist - Onsite

Medtronic seeks a Product Development Project Management Specialist to lead operations activities across the product development lifecycle for spinal and cranial medical device programs. The role encompasses manufacturing strategy, supply chain coordination, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure successful new product introductions and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Own operations deliverables and value stream development from technology through market release
• Lead manufacturing and supply chain schedule risk mitigation and NPI program objectives
• Direct cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality through product development
• Develop and maintain project strategies, operational plans, budgets, and detailed schedules
• Champion manufacturing and sourcing strategies, facility location decisions, and design for manufacturability

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant product development or operations experience
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire
• Cross-functional team leadership and project management skills
• Manufacturing operations and supply chain planning knowledge
• Quality system and regulatory compliance familiarity
