IT Business Analyst

Business Analyst

Serve as a key liaison to other departments that have specific business functions.

Collaborate with other departments to identify, document, and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions.

Translate customer requirements into technical design with the development team.

Train department end users in the use of IT software.

Work collaboratively with employees across the organization.

Plan, analyze, and validate business needs both functional and technical.

Analyze current and future business systems to determine if they align with the company goals and objectives.

Plan and facilitate end user documentation and testing.

Follow corporate policies and procedures.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager is preferred.

2+ years of experience utilizing ERP systems is preferred.

Previous experience in development and maintaining work instructions and end-user manuals is required.

Experience in the entire SDLC lifecycle is preferred.

Experience in creating functional design documents is required.

Occasional travel may be required, to other brand/company locations.
