Funny name, serious business

We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we've contributed over $20 million AUD to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we're really good at doing good.

With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we're hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

Being a Talent Partner at Who Gives A Crap is about way more than just filling roles. You'll be a trusted partner collaborating directly with the business to build teams that do good in the world. As our Talent Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Who Gives A Crap's talent strategy to life, matching brilliant humans with work that truly matters.

You'll run the end-to-end recruitment process. While utilizing talent tools, automation, and real-time data to keep things super smooth and efficient. By staying ahead of industry trends, you'll craft a delightfully transparent candidate experience that boosts our employer brand and grows our community. Ultimately, your work directly supports our culture of flourishing, purpose, and impact, ensuring we have the team power and diverse perspectives to hit our big, bold goals.

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in

• Tapped into your knowledge of sourcing tools and trends and designed creative outreach for hard-to-fill roles, ensuring our pipelines are proactively diverse and inclusive.
• Used your analytical skills to dig into our recruitment data, spot a bottleneck in the process, and roll out a quick automation to reduce our time-to-hire.
• Leant on your background in inclusive hiring to upskill new hiring managers, giving them practical, data-backed tips to run fair, effective interviews.
• Put your experience with recruitment tools to work by managing complex offers and onboarding handoffs, making sure the experience felt delightful for new hires and managers alike.
• Drew on your pipeline management know-how to juggle competing priorities effortlessly and keep every role moving forward while keeping everyone informed along the way.
• Brought your curiosity for tech to strategic projects, like test-driving new automation tools and experimenting with fresh candidate engagement methods.

• Alongside being a forward-thinking recruiter: Who loves staying on top of the latest tech, trends, and tools to automate the monotonous stuff, freeing you up for real human connection.
• You're an inclusive talent finder: You don't just find people; you find everyone. You align your sourcing tools to broaden our pool and bring brilliant, diverse humans into every search.
• And you are a trusted talent partner: You empower hiring teams with market data and best practices so they can run fair, effective processes all while keeping your own portfolio of roles moving with urgency and care.
