Successful Atlanta residential real estate law firm is seeking a Post‑Closer for a direct‑hire, permanent position. To be considered, post‑closer candidates should have at least one year of experience working as a post‑closer in a law firm. This individual will be responsible for finalizing closing documents after residential closings and ensuring that they are compliant with regulatory and firm standards, verifying that disbursements and referral fees are distributed to sellers and realtors, ensuring that title policies are sent out, preparing deeds to be sent to Clerk's Office for recording and performing other related duties.
