About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing with a focus on Go-to-Market strategies. This pivotal role is not confined to traditional marketing or sales functions but is at the crossroads of product, sales, and customer success. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that is instrumental in converting leads into customers and driving revenue growth within the existing customer base. This includes owning product marketing, product evangelism, solution engineering, and analyst relations. The VP will be the key figure in ensuring that the company's market positioning, competitive messaging, and product narratives are compelling and consistent across all customer interactions. They will also be accountable for both new customer acquisition and the strategic positioning of new products to foster expansion within the current customer base. Applicants for the VP of Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership position related to product marketing, GTM, or revenue-facing teams. The role requires a proven track record in improving win rates, shortening sales cycles, and a deep understanding of the demo-to-close process. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be data-driven, and possess the executive presence necessary to engage with a range of stakeholders, from C-level executives to industry analysts. Experience in enterprise software, particularly in LMS, HCM, EdTech, or adjacent markets, is preferred. The role demands a professional who is fluent in AI and can effectively communicate the company's differentiation in this rapidly evolving market.
