Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a well-established anesthesia team at a busy, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Gainesville, Florida. This is a full-time, 1099 opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and no call requirements.

Position Highlights:

• Provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix in a collaborative ASC environment
• Regional anesthesia experience preferred, but not required
• Work alongside experienced CRNAs, surgeons, and supervising anesthesiologists as needed
• No call and no weekend responsibilities

Practice Details:

• Case mix includes primarily orthopedics (total joints, hand, and sports medicine), along with ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, pain management, urology, and general surgery
• No OB cases
• 6 total ORs (4 running daily, 5th room utilized as needed)
• 20 to 30 cases per day on average
• Team includes approximately 20 surgeons
• Daily anesthesia team consists of 5 to 6 CRNAs with MDA supervision/support available as needed

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating early-out schedule
• No weekends, no call

Requirements:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Regional/block experience preferred but not required

Additional Information:

• Documentation: Hybrid model (EMR and paper)
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 60 to 90 days
• 1099 opportunity
