CSE Advanced Engines Cases IPT Leader (Onsite)

Position Summary Cold Section Engineering (CSE) seeks an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader for Advanced Engines Fan/HPC modules within Pratt & Whitney’s component team. The IPT Leader will own part‑level responsibilities for Fan Split Case, HPC Split Case, and Intermediate Case, and will manage task planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Accountable to the CIPT for part‑level ownership, including communication, risk management, and execution to program requirements. Ensure production delivery assurance, supply‑chain sourcing, and capacity assessment to support timely transition and drive key actions to closure. Lead the IPT in managing and closing key technical risks and issues. Manage IPT budgets and schedules to meet program requirements. Participate in Customer, SIPT, IPMT, and Senior Management interactions and presentations. Limited domestic U.S. travel ( Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required. We Prefer Basic understanding of the P&W Leadership Operating Model (LOM). Demonstrated ability to engage cross‑functional teams and know when and where to get help. Effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and management. Focus on results and driving tasks to closure. Ability to contribute to Engineering Knowledge System (EKS) content. Strong analytical problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, technical writing, and engineering presentations at all levels of engineering and program management. Thorough understanding of continuous improvement principles (e.g., CORE, QCPC). Proficiency with program/project management tools (SAP, EVMS, Teamcenter). Preferred experience with compressor component design and development. Benefits Relocation eligibility. Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
