We are looking for a driven Sales Consultant with a strong sales background, HVAC selling success, and a professional appearance. The role involves conducting in-home HVAC sales, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate may earn up to $250k per year plus monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Job Requirements:

• In-home sales experience
• Demonstrated success in a sales role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to manage own time
• Adherence to business ethics codes
• Relationship and network-building skills

Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Product Knowledge in Trane, Rheem, and Mitsubishi
