Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities on hotel bookings.

Over the next several years, our resort is undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation and rebranding project that includes:
- Beautifully renovated guest rooms and vacation homes
- Exterior renovations to every building throughout the resort

- A completely refreshed resort identity with new logos, signage, and branding

What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression our guests have of the resort.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations
- Answer phones and assist with reservation inquiries
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to resolve guest issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the Front Desk and lobby welcoming and organized
- Help create memorable vacations that keep guests coming back
