About the Role Powerus is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support investor engagement and public market readiness. You will build investor materials, maintain comparable company and market analysis, track shareholder and analyst activity, and support the preparation of disclosures and earnings materials. You will work closely with capital markets, finance, and corporate communications. Responsibilities Build and maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, and supporting materials Maintain comparable company analysis, valuation benchmarking, and sector tracking Track analyst coverage, investor sentiment, and shareholder movement Support preparation of earnings materials, scripts, and Q&A Maintain the investor relations calendar, CRM, and meeting logistics Prepare briefing materials ahead of investor meetings and conferences Support due diligence and data room preparation for capital markets activity Partner with finance and communications on consistency between financial reporting and external messaging Qualifications Must be located in the United States Experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance Strong financial modeling and analytical skills High proficiency with Excel and presentation tools Excellent written communication and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential material with discretion Preferred Skills Exposure to a company through IPO, de-SPAC, or public market transition Interest in or coverage of defense, aerospace, or industrial technology Familiarity with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements Experience with investor CRM or market intelligence platforms Pay range and compensation package [Pay range or salary or compensation] Equal Opportunity Statement Powerus is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and mission-driven workforce.
